Wood House was the ideal place for my family retreat, offering a comfortable stay with stunning views of Crummock Water. As we settled into our room, the children were delighted to find that all the amenities they needed were provided, ensuring a stress-free stay. the quaint decor and cozy atmosphere added a homey touch to our vacation. From board games in the lounge to outdoor activities near the lake, there was never a dull moment for the kids. We even took advantage of the private entrance to the lake for a refreshing swim. The inclusive breakfast and communal dining table provided us with the opportunity to interact with other guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. the hosts were accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Overall, Wood House exceeded our expectations and provided us with a memorable family getaway filled with relaxation and fun activities.
